Refund Policy

Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the current paid month.
Refunds
If ClueCode doesn't work for you, contact support within 7 days of a charge and we'll review a refund. [Final refund window and conditions to be confirmed before launch.] Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
When a payment is fully refunded, access for that billing period ends and any active desktop session is signed out.
AI usage charges
Charges from Google for your own Gemini API key are between you and Google and are not refundable by us.
